Indian Run United Methodist Church in Dublin, Ohio is seeking to hire a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and coordinate our ministry to middle and high school youth (6th – 12th grade). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) leadership of Sunday morning and Sunday evening youth activities, development of a school year-long confirmation program, coordination of mission experiences, and integration of youth into the overall ministry of the church. Qualified candidates must have a passion for youth ministry, a heart that is aligned with our core values, the ability to develop meaningful relationships with youth, great communication skills (including use of technology and social media used by youth), outstanding organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to recruit and involve adult volunteers.
