Pastor Richard J. "Jerry" Caddell -
Pastor Richard J. "Jerry" Caddell, 78, of Clarksburg, passed away peacefully at the Logan Elm Care Center, Circleville.
Jerry was born Thursday, November 28, 1946, in Cincinnati, the second son of the late Jack and Margaret Louise Hackler Caddell. On May 4, 1968, Jerry married his wife of fifty-seven years, the former Cheryl Ann Lonsbery.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, their two daughters; Jaime Wirth of Springfield and Jessica (Kris) Dobyns of Coraopolis, PA, five grandchildren; Kyle McDade, Lily Wirth, Dalton Dobyns, Dawson Dobyns and Hudson Dobyns, three brothers; Thomas Caddell of Springfield, OH, Terry (Mary) Caddell of Ellicott City, MD and John (Carol) Caddell of Geneva, IL and two nieces, Katie and Margo.
Jerry graduated from Woodward High School in Cincinnati in 1964. He was a 1968 graduate of Alderson Broaddus College in Phillipi, WV. He later attended Wright State University and was a 1998 graduate. Jerry received his Masters's of Divinity from The United Theological Seminary in 2002. He served the following churches during his years of ministry: St Paul (S) 1996; Harmony (S) 1996; New Carlisle Good Shepherd (S) 1997; Westboro (W) 2004; Clarksburg, Dry Run & Browns Chapel (SHV) 2011
He retired in 2018 after faithfully serving the Lord as a pastor for twenty-three years. For years prior to being a pastor, Jerry taught music and band in multiple schools in West Virginia and Ohio. Following his retirement, Jerry loved to put on his hiking boots and pick up his walking stick and spend many hours hiking the trails of the Hocking Hills.
He was a member of the Clark County Amateur Radio Association and the Elmdale Grange.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Clarksburg United Methodist Church. Following the service, Jerry will be laid to rest in the Brown's Chapel Cemetery, Clarksburg. Calling hours will be held at the church on Saturday, November 8, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Reverend Dr. Raymond L. Wiblin -
Reverend Dr. Raymond L. Wiblin, son of the late Cecil Raymond and Marie Muriel Wiblin was born December 18, 1940, in Parkersburg, WV. He graduated from Belpre High School in 1958 as President of his senior class, and went on to obtain a Masters and Doctorate Degrees from United Theological Seminary.
Raymond lived a life filled with love, dedication, and commitment. A devoted Christian, he served for 41 years as an ordained minister until retirement, dedicating his kindness and unwavering support to leading people to Christ. He was also a member of the West Ohio Conference of United Methodist Church and attended Belpre Heights United Methodist Church.
During his ministry career he served thise churches: Second Creek 1964; Harrisonburg, Virginia 1966; Camden, West Ohio 1967; Fairborn (DS) 1972; Phillipsburg and Director, Dayton Electimedia Workshop (DN) 1977; Brookshire (CS) 1983; Marietta Gilman Avenue (FTH) 2007
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, William G. and Richard E. Wiblin.
Left to cherish his memory, Raymond is survived by his devoted wife, Judith A. Wiblin, of Belpre, OH; son, Raymond T. Wiblin (Karen); and daughter, Maria D. Wiblin (Julius).
Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home on Green St. with Rev. Mark Chow and Rev. Paul A. McGuire officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, beginning at 10:30 AM until time of service. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Belpre, OH at a later date.

Rev. Webster G. Cox -
He was born February 10, 1937, in Hamilton, Ohio, a son of the late Dillard and Susie (Isaccs) Cox. Webster was a 1954, graduate of Trenton High School and attended Muskingum College, he graduated with his master’s degree in Divinity from United Theological Seminary. Webster began his long career as a preacher at the young age of 20.
Rev. Cox served the West Ohio Conference and these congregations throughout his ministry: South Webster Christ Parish (P) 1981; Xenia Evangelical (DS) 1985; Rio Grande-Simpson Chapel (A) 1989; Oak Harbor (T) 1991; Maize Manor (CN) 1995; Zanesville Coburn (N) 1998; Dresden (N) 2003; Newark Cox (N) 2004; Philo (N) 2006
He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Sherry (Phipps) Cox whom he married December 26, 1987; five children, Kim Cox, Sue (Gary) Pitzer, Dave Cox, Dana (Jim) Scott, and Carol (Rick) Conner; two step children, Tara (Ryan) Wolf and Lori Wheeler; nineteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; a sister, Phyllis Vitale; and a brother, Gary (Kathy) Cox.

Mrs. Rella Hadley -
Mrs. Rella Hadley, wife of Rev. Joseph Hadley, passed away from ALS
She and Rev. Hadley were married 59 years. She had worked as the production assistant to the director of the Service Center for the United Methodist Women in Cincinnati, was part of the clergy spouse choir, and served as her church's lay member to annual conference and on church boards for many years.
Ms. Hadley loved God, her family and serving others. She supported her husband and their ministry in the West Ohio Conference for two decades serving these congregations: Faith-Northside Charge (C) 1989; Associate Member/Deacon 1995; Christ The Prince of Peace (C) 1998, Retired 2009

Rev. William Dale (Bill) Rinehart -
Rev. Reinhart was Deacon in the West Ohio Conference and has served at Fostoria Bethel/Pleasantview (F) 1989; Vanlue Christ (F) 1991, retiring in 2001.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitation or memorial service for Rev. Reinhart. A graveside gathering to honor and celebrate his life will be held at 3:00pm, on September 28, 2025 at Iberia Cemetary
Rev. Reinhart is survived by his beloved wife, Roxanne Rinehart; three sons, Jeff Rinehart, Joe (Marcy) Rinehart, and James "JR" Rinehart; his cherished grandaughter, Rachel Rinehart; a sister, Sue Lindy; and his beloved parrot of 25 years, Bob.

Pamela Joyce (Noel) Groves -
Born on November 13, 1952, in Lexington, KY, Joyce was united in marriage to the Rev. James A. Groves on October 27, 1979. Together, they faithfully served their local church community, ministering side by side and sharing a life dedicated to faith, family, and service. These were the congregations within the West Ohio Conference that James and Pamela served: South Webster Christ Parish (P) 1978; Ware's Chapel-West Manchester Charge (DN) 1981; West Unity (D) 1986; Tyler Memorial (P) 1995; Greenfield First (SHV) 2010
She is survived by her husband and their children, Bethany and Benjamin (Emily), one grandson, Ellis, and the expected birth of a granddaughter, Isla, who all brought her much joy. She is also survived by her mother (Rose Noel) and two brothers, Michael (Susan) Noel and Greg (Juanita) Noel. She was preceded in death by her father, John A. Noel.
A devoted member of her church, the First Church of God in Lexington, Pam lived her life in service to her Savior and her family. She will be remembered for her hospitality, generous spirit, and infectious laughter.
A funeral service to honor the life of Pamela Joyce Groves was held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the First Church of God of Lexington, located at 505 Kingston Road, Lexington, Kentucky, 40505. Following the service, interment at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Rev. Linden Damschorder -
Rev. Damschroder was a retired full elder in the United Methodist Church, serving at Pittsboro Circuit Greensboro North Carolina 1962; Fremont Hayes Memorial Assoc 1964; Trinity, Bloomdale (T) 1965; Central, Toledo (T) 1969; Asbury South (CS) 1971; St Andrew Beavercreek (DS) 1977; Wilmington (W) 1985; Westerville Church of The Master (CN) 1990; and Celina St Paul's (L) 1995.
Linden was preceded in death by his beloved wife and partner in ministry of nearly 58 years, Claudia Lou Damschroder. Together they shared countless memories, demonstrating love and strength in their family and the communities around them.
He is survived by his sons, Brian (Roxanne) Damschroder and Mark (Alise) Damschroder, who carry forward his legacy of faith and service. His grandchildren, Cara, Drew, Emma, Ella, and step-grandchildren, Lester, Rachaele, Raquell, and great-granddaughter Emelia will remember him fondly. Additionally, he leaves behind his brother, Keith (Judy) Damschroder, nephew, Michael Damschroder, and niece, Sherry Damschroder, to cherish his memory. Rev. Linden's spirit lives on through the lives he touched, and he will be missed by all who have the privilege of knowing him.

Mrs. Ruth Anne Washburn -
Ruth Anne was the spouse of Rev. Terry Washburn, a retired elder who served at Highland Charge (W) ; Rainsboro (W); Dreseden (N); Sugar Grove (N); Elida Immanuel (L); South Salem Parish (P); and South Point (SHV).
Ruth Anne was a 1960 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School and was a member of the Greenfield First United Methodist Church, Greenfield Lions Club, 20th Century Club, and numerous organizations. She was a mother, homemaker, and former retail clerk in several different stores.
Ruth Anne is survived by her husband Terry Washburn, five sons and four daughters, David (Dana) Cope of Statesville, NC; Suzanne (Bruce) Free of South Salem, Michelle (Brad) Bissinger of Marysville, Mark (Katie) Washburn of Muncie, IN, Heather (Jason) Cumbo of Greenfield, Evan (Rheagan) Washburn of Buda, TX, James (Maredeth) Washburn of Hilliard, Zebulun (Ana) Wasbhurn of Columbus, Chay (Brandon) Collins of Hillsboro; eighteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles (Jean) Carson of Leesburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Cope on September 11, 1967; one son, Thomas Lee Cope; one sister, Carolyn Cooper; and both parents.
Visitation wil be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the Greenfield First United Methodist Church, The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the church with Pastor Mark Armstrong and Pastor Mike Anderson officianting. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery of Leesburg.

Rev. Davis was a retired full member elder in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church, serving at Chilicothe Trinity (P), and at Trinity and Mt. Carmel (SHV).
Carol is survived by her husband John and children Heather R. Crocker (Paul), Johnny R. Davis (Megan) and Drew A. Davis (Gabby Goshorn), all of Chillicothe, and grandchildren Jasmine Uhrig (Blake), DJ Crocker, Jessie Crocker, Ella Cutright, Caden Cutright, Bella Davis and Brody Cutright, and great grandchild Lacey Jean Uhrig of Chillicothe; brothers Terry Sims (Kay) of Columbus and Patrick Sims (Kendra); her sisters-in-law, Cathy Sims, Rhonda Davis, Sheila Stetts (Chuck) and Kay Ott (Lem); and her aunts, Ellen Rittinger (Hooks) and Ruthie James (Hooks). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held today, Tuesday August 12th from 4:00 - 7:00 pm and on Wednesday, August 13th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, with the funeral service following, all at Dry Run Methodist Church, 7759 Egypt Pike, Chillicothe, Ohio.

Mrs. Mildred Oglesby -
Mildred was preceeded in death by her husband, Rev. Dr. Fredrick Heath, Jr. She served faithfully by his side as he served these churches in the West Ohio Conference: Residence Park, Dayton 1966; Family Life Ministry (L) 1970; Gaines (C) 1972; Supt Toledo Dist 1988; Disability Leave 1994; Ammons (C) 1996. Mildred also served many years as a lay leader as well as serving the West Ohio Conference Co-Lay Leader.
Her memorial service will be held at at Gaines UMC, 5707 Madison Rd, Cincinnati 45227 on Saturday, August 2. Visitation will be 11am followed by service 12:00p.
Funeral service at St James UMC, 3715 Utica Sellersville Rd, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 on 8/11. Visitation at 10:30 and Service at 12p. She'll be buried there.
