We are stronger and more effective together. All In Community (AIC) strategically partners with groups and organizations that share a mutual vision of the future for all Ohioans and an approach to relational, restorative practices ministry.
ODRC Life Builders
Life Builders is the faith-based mentoring program offered by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. All In Community works with the ODRC Office of Reentry Faith-based Initiatives Coordinator to form mentoring teams within state correctional institutions within a common geographical area. AIC also uses Life Builders in reentry efforts to provide mentoring in-reach prior to a returning neighbor’s release. Life Builders meet one-on-one twice a month for six months with an inside mentee. At the end of six months, mentors and mentees may choose to continue the relationships as a reentry mentor-on-record.
To initiate a discussion about Life Builders, please contact Reba Collins at allincommunity@wocumc.org.
The Department of Rehabilitation and Correction’s (ODRC) Office of Reentry and All In Community partner based on co-location and co-mission. The Office of Reentry provides a reentry network of professionals that support local congregations and returning neighbors in their ministry context and links to online platforms that connect people with programs necessary for successful reentry and reintegration. AIC and the ODRC also partner to train and equip UM congregations to support their members and neighbors impacted by crime and incarceration.

Relink.org
Relink.org is a statewide nonprofit organization that has created a free online resource tool designed to help those struggling in Ohio due to addiction, incarceration, and human trafficking have access to information about all the resources in their area. From crisis services and treatment or counseling, to ongoing support, basic needs, and employment, relink.org’s goal is to offer the full continuum of care, and it is used by ODRC staff for reentry planning in all Ohio state prisons. All In Community highly recommends pastors, ministry leaders, and community members use relink.org to access resources for themselves or someone they are serving.
Those who are interested in learning more about relink.org can reach out to Rachel Sobitz, Statewide Communications & Community Engagement Director, at or 216-762-0591.
Local Partnerships
Within The West Ohio Conference, All In Community partners with local reentry coalitions, prison ministry programs, and other faith-based groups to provide a continuum of care during and after an incarceration experience.
