Moving from one residence to another can be a stressful situation, mentally, physically, and financially. However, the West Ohio Conference is here to assist you in this important next step. If you are serving full-time or three-quarter time, have not already received a moving reimbursement and have been in the pension program for the last five years, you are eligible for moving assistance up to $3,500.

Upon completion of your move, please complete the online reimbursement form below. Be sure to scan and upload all receipts for your moving expenses. Moving expense reimbursements are now taxable income which means your social security number is necessary so tax form 1099 can be issued to you for reporting purposes. Rest assured the electronic submission of your information is secure. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
