Christ Kettering United Methodist Church is a church with a diverse culture of contemporary and traditional worship experiences that reach across many generations. They have three worship services, two traditional and one contemporary.  The contemporary service makes up 50% of the worshipping congregation. They are in need of a contemporary worship leader for their 9:45am service.

Position Description:

Searching for an extremely talented contemporary worship leader with these exceptional qualities:

• Accomplished Musician: ability tolead worship vocally and with guitar/keyboard is a bonus

• Authentic Heart for Worship: Loves connecting people to God and to one another by crafting meaningful and interactive worship experiences that are emotionally engaging and spiritually uplifting.

• Invitational Spirit for Growth: Creates environments where people feel comfortable inviting their neighbors to explore faith. Actively grows the church by leading worship in excellence.

• Skilled in Serving: Builds healthy teams and promotes collaboration by investing in their spiritual lives, sharpening their talents, and honoring their time

• Transformational – foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere where the spirit can change lives
