• FTLP (100%)
• Elder, Provisional, Deacon, and Associate Member (appointed 75% - 100%)
• Conference or district staff members working 30 or more hours per week

Waiving Coverage: If you wish to waive coverage, please complete the HealthFlex Waiver Form and return via email to Stacy Jefferson at sjefferson@wocumc.org .
