Did you know three Regional Missional Specialists (RMS) are available to help resource your local church? Rev. Dr. Jimelvia P. Martin, Rev. Mary Sullivan, and Rev. Dr. Sara Thomas serve the Annual Conference as Regional Missional Specialists.

The title Regional Missional Specialist was chosen with specific goals in mind:

· Regional—The strengths, needs, and culture of each district is different. The Hocking River District of Southeast Ohio is different than the farmlands of Northwest Ohio in the Maumee River District. The urban areas of Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo have their own unique history and traditions. As you lead people to make disciples of Jesus Christ and transform the world, the RMS in your district can help connect you to resources across the annual conference.

· Missional—The primary task of this team is to inspire and resource the local church to live out the mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. They are helping local churches access missional resources that are available at the District, Annual Conference, and General Church levels.

· Specialist—Each of these pastors brings specialized gifts and training to the role: coaching, leadership development, discipleship, renewal, conflict resolution, visioning for new ministries, administration, and urban ministry, to name a few. They are available to share their area of specialization with churches across the conference rather than being limited to one district area.
