The Children's Ministry Program Coordinator will partner alongside the Children's Ministry Director and the entire Family Ministry team. This person supports the programmatic needs of the ministry and its leaders. They must be organized, routine-oriented, and able to think on their feet. During the program they can be the one to trouble shoot issues, track down missing supplies, or fill in for an open volunteer spot.

Experience in event planning

Job Description
Sunday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday 12:00PM - 8:00PM
Additional day 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Prepare curriculum/supplies for Kids Club/Sunday School
Create a new theme on bulletin boards each month
Social media posting
Keep Children's Ministry wing clean and organized
Help prepare/plan events and be willing to adjust hours when
needed. Examples: VBS, UPWARD
Co-lead Kids Club
Coordinate volunteers
Physically able to participate in gym games and lead by example in activities
